Yes, I'm guessing it's the 21 by 21 Challenge that he's excited about. If you click on 'Miss Cornel and Mr. Skoyle's Class at the top of this page, you will see the December Wiki Challenge info.
Thanks for posting!

I really enjoy looking at all the pictures. And the kids. Aiden really likes spelling words. From Aiden Van Zyl, by his mom

Aiden was telling me that he practices his spelling words and word cards often. Great job Aiden!

Just wondering if the class will be having a holiday celebration, if we can send snacks in on a particular day?
Charlotte said

We are crossing our fingers that we will be able to have a games day on the 22nd (if we can get 21 families to respond by the 21st). You are welcome to send in snacks on the 22nd if you like.
Thanks!

Love the Dolch cards that were sent home. Nate loves doing them, somehow it is more of a novelty for him to read them off the little key ring than on the cards/out of a box we have been using! The littlest things make such a difference to kids, thank you for sending them home.

You're very welcome. They took a long time to get thema all together (thanks to all the volunteers who helped!) but our students are working hard with them so it makes it all worth it.

Hi Ms. Cornel...although Evan is under the weather he still wants to watch the skeleton song and play the games. We've also been practicing the cards on the key ring while we've been at home....and he is doing great!! He hopes to be there tomorrow.

Danny shared with me that he had a chance to speak with Santa at school last week. I asked him what he said. Danny told me that he got to ask for what he wanted for Christmas. I pried a little more as to what he asked for...... he told me he asked for family to come over for the holidays and a pokemon game. It’s these simple appreciations that make the whole season real and alive with true Christmas spirit: asking Santa to bring family over, because thats a real gift:) Love you Danny you make us soooooo proud with you profound understanding of whats really important in life!

Santa was at school last week??
I'm glad that he values family. I am going to be with my whole family for the first time in a long time over the holidays and I am so grateful for the time we will be spending together.

Tonight I went for a walk with my mom and my dog. We mailed my Santa letter and there was a little snow on the ground. I want more snow to play outside with my brothers, and more snow so Santa can park his sleigh.

Izzy and I will be making these Pita Tree Appetizers for the class for Thursdays game day.

Just wondering if there is a time the festivities will be starting so I can make sure they're not sitting in the fridge too long. :) Just either in the morning or afternoon is fine.
Izzy is very excited!

Isabella, I can't wait to hear all about your new dog, lucky girl! Perhaps he/she can walk to school or pick you up from school one day with your mom so I can meet him/her.
See you tomorrow!
